Jiayu Tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Jiayu Tech from claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice or immediately for uncured material breach.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jiayu Tech.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
